ENFIELD, NEW HAMPSHIRE

The Enfield branch started in a small corner of the Edwin Johnson Hardware store on Main St. in 1977, with limited hours and one teller. In 1986, Mascoma Bank built a new location next to Huse Park and added full time hours, an ATM, a drive-up window, and a lobby with two teller windows. Within five years, the Bank outgrew that space. In 1991, Mascoma Bank purchased the Tupper family home and land that sat nearby. The bank demolished the house and occupied a trailer on Main St. for several months, in front of what was to be the new office. The new office was dedicated in October 1991 and had four teller windows, a large lobby, and plenty of office space.
